1996 4L60E to 4L80E swap

I've been considering swapping to a 4L80E in my 1996 Suburban since I've had a lot of issues with the 4L60E's I've had in it.

My plan was to get the transmission, transfer case, and drive shafts from a donor suburban. Then to repin the transmission harness, move the transmission crossmember back since the 4L80 is longer, and bolt everything up.

Has anyone does this?
Does this create issues for the exhaust? Is it different?
Is the transfer case wiring long enough or will I need to make that longer? Will the transmission wiring reach?
Does the computer need to retuned?

Am I overlooking something?
