Having all these parts powder coated did u have any issues with the coating adding too much thickness in the mounting holes? I had a motorcycle frame powder coated once and some other parts I ended up having to drill out a bunch of the holes.

No real problems on the mounting holes.....a couple were kinda snug but it was no biggie.
