I've seen 1/2t trucks with that window deal. I can't recall if it was factory or a conversion. Not homemade for sure. I talked to one very knowledgeable owner/fellow member when we were in the National Chevy/GMC Truck Assoc back in the '80s
On cab window count you don't count the windshield. It's door windows back, such as 3 window coupe having door windows and back window. 5 window coupe had quarter glass.
