Hey Chris, I've really enjoyed reading through all your updates. You and all the others on here that take the time to share are a source of motivation for those of us who are on the brink of giving up on our projects, so thank you.
I know your area has taken a big hit with this flooding and I hope you and your loved ones are all well. If there is anything you need please let us know.
