Just did it and it is pretty straightforward as sntrym95 said. Hardest part was just holding the box in place with one hand and starting the first bolt with the other. Box is heavy laying on your back. Make sure you have socket for the pitman nut. It is pretty large. No other surprises.
I would check that rag joint or just plan on replacing it now. I made the mistake of not and had to go back in and replace it.
