I dont know what the OP did, but I have the L31 brackets on my 350 and I used a 88-95 water pump, pulley and thermostat housing. Its working fine, I have both the L31 and the TBI pulleys and the only difference between them is the center bore and bolt pattern. The diameter is the same.

Lower radiator hose, heater hoses and power steering lines are stock parts from my 1978 C10. I swapped the pressure line fitting from the original pump into the L31 pump to allow me to use the factory line.
