K-20 frame Questions and pics

So my easy suburban project has spiraled out of control, one thing led to another and i am now down to a bare frame that I just had sand blasted and painted.

Now that the frame is clean I've noticed some imperfections in it, when the frame was originally pulled apart I noticed the front cross member rivets were a little loose. it also took a little effort to get the front bumper bolted back on, I had to squeeze the frame horn in together to get the bumper realigned properly.

The truck had no motor or trans when I purchased it so I've never driven it to see how it ran down the road. I just figured now since it is all tor down I may as well fix anything that may need fixing.

This is a pic of the bottom side of the frame on the driver side is the flat one and the passenger side is the dip. How off is this? What is this suppose to look like?
The plate i'm holding on the top is a straight edge just to show the dip between the driver and passenger side.
