Well, at this point, the Eastwood powdercoat remover should be here, hopefully, by Thursday. I'll let my bolts soak in it and get them stripped by Friday. Then I'll take them to this company up here to have them nitrided. Nitriding is kind of like a hardening process that turns metal to a color similar to black oxide, but it's ALOT more durable and longer lasting. I talked to the guy a few minutes ago, and he said he wouldn't charge me much to do just a few bolts. They normally have a $300 minimum, but since a few bolts won't take up alot of space or interfere too much, he would make an exception.

I was shooting to have it all installed by the end of this month. Looks like I'll miss that deadline. I'm still going to try to get it in and hopefully running to make it to Nashville GoodGuys.
