Ok I have some measurements for you.

2 and 1/4 center to center on shift arm

7 and 3/8 from the leading edge of shifter bracket to center of shift arm pivot at full retraction

10 and 3/16 from the leading edge of shifter bracket to center of shift arm pivot at full extension
