I've noticed that when building a new 07+ Silverado or Sierra on the Chevy/GMC websites, you can get an extended cab with the extra short 5.7 ft bed that the crew cabs use. Sounds like a good way to get an extended cab with better turn circle and a little less weight. Seems it would have a wheelbase similar to a regular cab long bed ?

Has anyone actually ever seen on of these on the lots or driving around ? I have yet to actually see one.
