You need to replace this rear bed support. The outer 12" will be rotted away and most likely the bed will be soft in spots too. Drill out spot welds in bed, remove the 4 bolts in the end of the bed support at the rear fender underside if they still exist, must remove body mount nuts, lift body off frame high enough to remove and replace with new bed support. Spot weld back into place. Good time to replace body mounts too.
