Re: 1941 1/2 ton project Hannah

Joe, don't take getting bit by a spider so lightly. Back when I was about 24 years old I spent 2 weeks in an intensive care unit, and nearly lost my hand thanks to what the doctors think was a spider bite. My hand sweeled up to the size of a football. No literally the size of a football. I had red streaks up my arm and across my chest. and pain like you can't imagine!

Had to have a drain installed in my hand and antibiotics for 2 weeks pumped into me. the first time the doctor came in to change the bandgages on my hand, I had a hole about the size of a hockey puck from the surgery. I could look right through my hand to the other side of the room. Doctor said the hole was so big they couldn't stitch it shut. I took about 6 weeks for my hand to heal naturally.

I'm just saying, proceed with caution.
