Re: Anyone running the new dropped axle like Speedway has?

I don't see what Sid's core charge is but it used to be between 60 an 100.

You just missed him at the Turlock swapmeet. He hauled a load of axles out. He also hauled a load of stuff back that lived up to anything your ever heard about guy from Oklahoma piling stuff on the back of trucks. I don't think I could have got that load on my 10 ft flatbed with 4 ft racks.

You could see a pile of core axles in one or two of his photos that were either trade ins or ones he bought at the swap meet.

Truthfully I wouldn't put on of those Speedway axles on a utility trailer to haul trash to the dump. I just flat don't like the way they are made or the looks of them.

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
