If your V6 had a carb full of rat's nest, you just know it has a block full of rat urine. You can nearly bet of trails of rust running down into the bores.

I guess I need to build me an LS powered truck just once. Everybody says an LS engine cures everything from poor mileage to male pattern baldness. But crap, dealing with exhaust manifold clearance, drive by wire pedals, computer programming and high pressure fuel systems sure doesn't seem like the slam dunk swap everyone makes it out to be. Yes, I'm sure I could do the swap, but the hassle seems significant.
