If that LMC tach is needing to see 4 pulses per revolution, the easiest and cheapest way is to have a machine shop mill 2 more grooves in your balancer so there is a notch every 90*. Use the stock dodge pick up sensor. You'll have to solder a 1k ohm resistor in between the pos and neg wires to use this pick up. This is my plan for my 72. I need to get around to actually doing it on mine.
