Wow, nice job. Very nice detail how you ended and finished those ribs. I'm leaving my bed as-is (rusty and beat-up) for now so will have to figure something else out.
Yeah, i bet its a pain to connect and clamp. I hadnt considered the bed floor braces might be in the way. More fun.
