This will help some with the wind noise, but I think ultimately it comes down to the weathseal/felt/gasket parts?

Chevy Duty changed their name to "CLASSIC PARTS" and do not ask why! I do not know what their thinking was. I will be getting me some new non locking ones and see if I can install them. I really do not think the locking ones would stop someone from breaking into your truck if they wanted to.
