There are several vendors/ members on here that sell the covers and some have aftermarket seat belts and ash trays.

As far as the floor brackets they are not reproduced that I know of but they come up on the board classifieds for sale from time to time, the same goes for good used seat belts. The 2nd and 3rd row seat brackets are different.
