Most shops would run around $1k for a static drop installed if they supply the parts. So that would be about right. Really though static drops are easy to install. Unbolt old parts, bolt in the new ones.... with a little modification here an there, but I'd say difficulty level wise, on a scale of 10, I'd give it a 3.
