Hi hump will work so long as you get the engine down as low as possible...try and keep the drive line angle as flat as possible....
Also remember to use a sump that keeps the bottom of the sump above to, or level with, the bottom of the cross member...CTS-V is a good choice, assuming you are usng an LS style engine.
