vintage air sells grommets and it may work to your advantage to go through the kick panel. I used two mini vintage air systems on the last couple trucks and for whatever reason they like the fittings to come out the SIDE of the system, pointing at the kick panel, all 4 connections. if you tried to go through the firewall like I did you would need a 90 degree turn, and thats harder to plan length for and can pull the grommet this way or that.
