a good used LS swap will be a better option than having to do full machine work rebuild on the 400
are you planning on keeping the t350? the LS will bolt right up to it but youll need the flex plate adapter and motor mount adapter plates
of course youll need wiring harness and fuel system and exhaust and ECM unlock
my opinion would be go with the LS swap...you wont regret it..
