I don't recall split rims below 20", but I could be wrong. In any event, I've changed tires and tubes on split rims, and you better have them in a cage when you air them up, because if you do it wrong, the ring can separate and cut your head off. I've seen the training video.

I'm considering looking for different wheels with more available tires than the 9.50X16.5s I have now. I'm concerned about wheel strength. Summit carries nothing for my truck. I don't want those 8-spoke black or white wheels, either. Don't know what Ima do, yet.
