Re: Project Daily Driver 77 K10

The parts fairy arrived on Wednesday, but I left town Thursday and haven't had a chance to do any work. I read the manual for the commander 950 system while on the plane and had a question regarding my fuel return lines.

The selector valve in the truck has a total of six ports: two from each tank and two feeding the engine. The smaller of the two feeding the engine (I assumed return line) is capped. Could it be that the return line was removed when a different fuel pump was installed or is this the tank vent line? I would think that both tanks would need ventilation all the time and therefor would not go through the selector valve? I am hoping that I only need the return line from the motor to the selector valve and don't have to plumb return lines to both tanks.
