Don't want to throw a monkey wrench into this whole thing, but I replaced both of my A pillars on my cab with Dynacorn replacements and found that the lower threaded hinge hole on both pillars, were what I thought was 3/8X14but when I threaded a 3/8X14 ( or course thread bolt) into the pillar that bolt appeared to have too much play in the threads. What I found is I think it is a metric thread. I think I use a M10 but not sure as I don't have the package the bolts came in anymore. The metric bolt fit with a much better tolerance of fit to the threads. If I remember the head on the metric bolt took a 17mm socket. No saying this is what you have. Not saying this is what you should use. Just food for thought
