I don´t have my users guide here at home but the ratings should be in there.
Maybe someone has one at home and they could scribble them down real quick? ;-)

If I have time tomorrow I will get a better picture up from mine.

By The Way:

I changed the links again so they will work. Here they are:
Filedropper didn´t work so I changed the link to Boomspeed. I tested it and it should work now.
A window should pop up asking if you want to open the PDF or save it.
