4 bar system should be 58 psi. You have your ses light hooked up right? Still not setting any codes? From tuning my old Holley commander 950 on a 350 with sm465, tuning the bottom end of a manual trans engine is CHALLENGING. If it was way out of whack I would be expecting a ses light... You don't have a wide band O2 by chance do you? Adding one to my C950 was critical to getting it right.
