The tank was from a 69' blazer. Vendors/Board Members such as GMCPauls and Wes at Classic Heartbeat sell this tank, so it's readily available.

BTW, this is a bolt in item. It's actually a replacement for the behind the seat tank. This one installs between the frame rail and cross members right behind the rear axle.

The kit comes complete with mounting straps and hardware. The holes are already in the frame. Filler necks are more of a custom thing, depending on where you want to fill the tank.
