need help from MP&C or any other experienced fabricator

Hey all, I am working on my 57 truck here, I have all done all the fabrication, panel alignment, and gaps so far. BUT I am now on the hood, I have it all squared up where it needs to be. as you can see in the pictures below, where the hood meets the cab, the hood has more of a crown in it than the hood. I have a done a revere hood flip on it so the original hood hinge and springs are not being used putting tension in that area. I also included a pic of where the hood brace is in relation to the hood. What will be the best way to fix this issue, Any advise will be well appreciated
