Yeah-track driven. This thing is very early in snowcat evolution. You can take the tracks off, and the spools-the big sproket in the back-and install the road wheels. It has big 'ol skis in the front, and the little road wheels in the front are just lower than the skis so you can cross roads and such without damaging the skis, or remove the skis compleatly and cruise around in the summer. These skis are broken, though. That's the only thing that needs replaced.







I'm sure it would be a fun project for the right guy. I'm still looking for some more snowcat boards.
