Auto trans radiators have integral trans coolers and plumbing connections in the bottom - convenient, but not necessary if you run a separate trans cooler.
I see as many radiator systems as trucks. I have used the universal fit and the OEM style. The easiest choice would be an original-fit radiator if you have the room up front - they do mount BEHIND the core support so take up more engine bay space. A universal-fit (take measurements to order the size you need) would be cheaper but would require minimal effort to devise a mounting system - simple enough (see photo):
