Yep, no quick fix for this. Its very common on our trucks and odds are you also have unseen damage too. If your not a bodyman or sheetmetal mechanic you should save your money and hire someone experienced to repair it. Most of us have been through the same thing, any halfarse repairs will just make it worse.
