Was a lazy day. I didnt do a darn thing to the shop truck today.

I was able to hose down my wifes Z-71 engine bay, interior floorboards and front frame half with 2 gallons of simple green and then hauled it off to the pay n spray car wash to clean a lot of the caked on dust and mud. what a mess!

I also pulled the headliner out of her Z-71 and that was pretty much all i got done to any of the trucks today.

I did also get down to the paint store to pick up all paint supplies for the Z-71, $800 later I have 2 gallons of Base coat, 2 gallons of clear, 2 gallons of reducer, and lots of little can of hardener and activator.

I am hoping that next weekend I can start getting the cab corner off the truck and working toward getting the cab corner back on, or at least roughed in. I am hoping also that i can start getting the other parts jammed and start bolting sheet metal back in place.

Tomorrow is family day so i dont expect to get much done.
