Re: Newer cars at car shows?

Unfortunately the amount of old cars are getting slimmer and new cars are cheaper and more available. Personally I love older car but I understand that as a young car enthusiast I was eager to get to a car show, with my own car. I did whatever I could to buy and modify. Kids today want to do the same thing, if we don't allow them to become future car guys, then we can kiss car shows goodby.

I have excepted the change and welcome newer cars to shows. But deep down I know that nothing compares to the classics and I have to share this with future generations what true modification really is.

They say it takes a village. It does, everyone here with any skills should be happy to share with the younger generation ideas and mods for cars. Help them see that spray paint and a shifter ball is not the limits of customizing cars. As a child I loved hanging out with the older guys and working on cars, without that I may have steered a different direction.
