Yes you can use that '63 frame with your '62 body. You will need to drill new holes for your front cab mounts, and your bed cross sills are different between the '60-'62 and the '63-'66. The front and rear of the '60-'62 frames are wider than the '63-'66 frames, so the rear bumpers don't interchange. It may sound like a bit of work, but it isn't that bad.
