Do you have stock heads and valve covers? I know aftermarket heads and valve covers seal better than the rough cast stock heads and moderately flimsy stock valve covers. This thread has given me 2 new options to try and I thought I already tried them all. The no-name rubber valve cover gaskets turn to hard plastic very soon. It sounds like Moroso uses some better rubber.
The last thread I saw like this there was a few recommendations for Mr Gasket Ultra Seal gaskets. They are cork rubber and I was tired of leaks so I RTV'd them on. They don't leak but it would be nice to use a gasket without the RTV.
