As I've never installed one and searched through the forums it seems a simple process. Where would you guys recommend getting one? Do you guys have pics of the full setup on where it connects to on the carb? (I'm a visual person and most descriptions are not descriptive enough) I have a 350/th350 and a 4bbl quad carb

Please post a pic of your carburetor, so that we can see what is upstairs. There should be a bracket for the cable to the left and to the back of (as it would appear when sitting at the steering wheel) the carburetor. You can install a new cable without pulling the pan, but all that horse hair (or whatever that is) has to be gone, or you'll get it in the trans oil pan.
