3rd picture shows it tucked in behind my multi-use battery junction block. The tank lays against the inner fender with one bolt on the fender lip.
That has to be a ***** to fill up. The angle is impossible to use without a funnel and you can't see the level at which to fill to in my opinion.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
