You got it! When are you relocating? I'm in Murry Hill, so not too far away. I won't be doing it until the weather gets a bit warmer (huge flakes this morning, good thing it didn't stick) and I get the rust holes patched up.
But if nothing else, I'd like to see yours in person and get some feedback.
