Maybe we are looking at this the wrong way . How about if we use the OP to kill the ignition and 86 on the fuel pump relay. OP goes low kills ignition and then fuel pump stops.

The collision switch can be wired in to the 30 wire to the fuel pump switch.

We could run The R terminal off the starter for ignition until we got oil pressure.
