I have never understood taxes on used vehicle sales. The car or truck was taxed when it was first sold. A used transaction just moves the vehicle to a new owner, it does not by itself create any new value. A car that is sold five times in 10 years is taxed on value 5 times, a car with one owner for 10 years gets taxed once. I don't get it.
