lots of patience.....mini air sander too lol I polished the wheels on my VFR800. I was in about 3 days polishing(first time). From about 5 feet they looked great. To get that mirror finish, you'll be there a long time.....it may more cost/time efficient to send it out....Although, if that were the case we'd have no business here lol. If you take the challenge, don't start with the roughest paper, you'll only make more work for yourself trying to get the deep scratches out. Oh yes, dont forget to clearcoat it with something....if not, you will polishing the intake every time it gets wet.
