Re: Chatham Dockyard Steam, Traction and Transport Show - Photos

VIDEO TIME

I took a few videos, but somehow deleted some of the best ones of the traction engines working.

But here is a short one of the steam train working.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTsk...lt8TvG8KEwT5Kg

There were Penny Farthings of differing sizes on display and for testing.

I love the novel way the crash helmets have been made to look like hats.

Just magnificent.

This plaque goes with the sculpture posted up earlier.

There was a great SteamPunk display inside one for the sheds.

I love it, as it is creative, and just a bit different.

The following pieces are made by Dr Thadeus Brown's Unhinged Creations ( www.drthadeusbrown.deviantart.com )

Dr Brown himself.

Possibly my favourite shot of the whole weekend.

Other Happy people, bought some bits from him.

This was possibly the most exquisite work of all the tables on display.

An exceptionally high standard of creativity and finish on every piece, and the creator was a really cool guy to speak to.

The man himself, note his web address on the banner, go take a look.

Then back to the real world of retro and vintage automotive offerings.

Beauties like this could park on my drive any time.
