well I am new to these Older trucks, But Not to working on cars.

My plan was to drop in a new engine & Trans, but more power always means upgrading other systems.

I had not thought that far ahead.

But Now that i am at that point, please provide some info/suggestions.

I will be adding Power brakes.

I will be adding a front & rear swaybar to get the truck to handle a little better.

Are there any benefits going to the 71-72 vs sticking with a 67-70

I would like the truck to hold the road better, by swapping the front & rear worn parts.

I wanted to rebuild the front end and replace the susp rear bushings.

I saw some poly bushings I would expect them to be better, but is the ride much harsher and more noise?
