One thing to think about, your honey can't sit next to you with buckets is that might be important to either of you. A good seat that is comfortable all the way across like the one black sheep showed has a lot going for it. Don't get the plain base level 88/92 seat though as the base level seat is like riding on a plank, I had one in my 71 and replaced it with an upgrade level seat.
The original foam was really broken down, which is to be expected from an almost 30 year old, high mileage boneyard donor. The upholstery shop replaced all of the foam so it's super comfortable. It was money well spent, it made driving the truck much more enjoyable.
