Yeah, I'll probably run the ECE unit with a flipped drop hitch, you know- the ones made for big 4wd trucks- just won't be able to open the tailgate while towing.

My concern for legal issues doesn't drive my build. I threw the law out the window a long time ago when the bumpers and lights went below legal limits; hell, I drove it around all summer with open headers and never heard a thing about it. It was no louder than your average Harley
