Nope, no such thing has ever been made. Hubcaps became extinct, then came the silly infinite wheel dimensions explosion that blew out all convention. Wheels that accept hubcaps are the definition of convention.

So... my friend who bought my '72 K/20 Highlander, and is doing an extensive top shelf restoration, had 17 x 9s custom made because he is too young to appreciate convention . He wanted hubcentric wheels so he started with a set of OEM GM 16s, sent them to the wheel builder in CO, and they fitted them to 17 x 9 hoops. As you can imagine, this was no cheap way to go. He probably spent as much on shipping as I spent on a set of Wheel Vintiques 16 x 8s shipped free from Jegs.
