Power Steering Pump - Pulley Issue

I bought a new pulley, pump, and pulley removal tool today from autozone. I have rented/used the tool a couple of times before with no problems slipping the pulley right off the pump and switching out the pump. This time the pulley simply will not come off the pump. The threading inside the nut on the tool stripped when I gave it a little more torque than I should have to get the pump off. After trying the three pronged puller I had with no luck I started trying to pry the pulley off with a tie rod separator and a mallet. I bent the pulley to hell and back, without damaging the bracket that the pump and alternator sit on. It just will not come off.

I'm looking at cutting the pulley off unless someone has another idea. I think I can remove the entire bracket and get it on the ground but I think the pulley is somewhat fused to the pump.

I have a 1991 Chevy k1500, 5.7l engine. The power steering pump does not have hydroboost.
