Yeah, that Ness bike has extended forks. The rake job requires that to bring it bake to level. Back in those days a lot of guys just extended the forks w/o a rake and it like you were going uphill all the time. Made the fork flop a lot worse too. I know I keep referring to motorcycles, but that's what these bikes are mimmicking. That fire engine is slick...with slicks! He'll love that!
