I didn't take one of it, and now that it's installed it's a bit late. After I took a test drive, I Googled, carb spacers just to see if I could get an I.d. on the one I installed, but nope. Even, google images produced no match. All I can tell you is only the border, where the studs go thru it, is aluminum. The whole rest was a purple plastic. Probably so as to conduct less heat (and reduce production costs). It does seem as though it may have cured the typical Eddy carb "hotstart fuel boil" but as our weather has already cooled a bit, I didn't want to make that claim"on the record" just yet.
